It includes information on provincial and federal programs, with sections on benefits, health, lifestyle, housing, transportation, finances, safety and security and other important services. Free Workshops for seniors offered by COSCO
A collection of 60-to-90-minute workshops is available free of charge to any seniors’ group of 10 or more. A trained volunteer, who is also a senior, presents practical and usable information.
