The BC Seniors’ Guide
is a comprehensive tool that can help British Columbians with the information they need as they age. It includes information on provincial and federal programs, with sections on benefits, health, lifestyle, housing, transportation, finances, safety and security and other important services. (also available in French, Punjabi, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Farsi.)

Council of Senior Citizens Organizations of B.C.

Free Workshops for seniors offered by COSCO
A collection of 60-to-90-minute workshops is available free of charge to any seniors’ group of 10 or more. A trained volunteer, who is also a senior, presents practical and usable information.
